Terms of Service

Welcome to the Visitor Management System ("Service", "VMS"). By creating an organization workspace, logging into the dashboard, or registering a visitor secure pass, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use our digital visitor check-in console only for lawful workspace safety purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Submitting false credentials, spoofed email addresses, or fake mobile numbers during visitor onboarding.
• Uploading malware, corrupted resume PDF files, or execution scripts through file attachments.
• Interfering with system security measures, scanning for open ports, or violating tenant data isolation barriers.

2. Account Registration & Organization Management

When registering a new organization (Tenant), the administrator accounts must provide true and accurate email records. Administrators are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining dashboard credentials secrecy and setting secure access passwords.
• Configuring appropriate tenant safety guidelines (selfie requirements, Twilio API alerts, or QR pass rules).
• Removing terminated employees or outdated hosts profiles from the workplace directory.

3. Visitor Pass Validity

Digital QR entry passes remain active for the duration configured on the settings dashboard. Security personnel reserve the right to revoke or void any pass at their discretion if a visitor violates workspace conduct guidelines. A pass does not guarantee building entry, which remains subject to final check-in authorization from security staff and company hosts.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VMS or its parent corporation be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, SMS delivery delays, or unauthorized access to visitor photos by company admins. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued usage of our dashboard or check-in portals constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
